Our Story

Founded on Ambition. Built on Values.

Alstruct was founded in October 2023 by brothers Altin and Dino Hallaci. Altin, a Civil Engineer who arrived in London in 2018 from Greece (originally from Albania), spent five years building his career across some of London's most complex construction projects — from 39-storey towers to £160m warehouse pours for some of the UK's largest developers.

In October 2023, Altin and Dino launched Alstruct with a single residential extension in Highgate. Within two years the company has grown to approximately £1.7 million annual turnover, running five to six simultaneous projects across London with a team of twenty.

Our Process

How We Work

Every Alstruct project follows a structured process designed to keep you informed, protected and in control from the first conversation to final handover.

Initial Consultation

We visit your property, discuss your brief and provide an honest assessment of what is achievable within your budget and programme. No obligation, no hard sell.

Design & Planning

We work with your architect or our in-house design team to develop the scheme, secure planning permission where required, and prepare a detailed scope of works and programme.

Fixed-Price Quotation

You receive a comprehensive, itemised quotation with no hidden costs. We use JCT contracts as standard, giving you the same level of contractual protection used on commercial projects.

Construction & Handover

Your dedicated site manager coordinates all trades, manages Building Regulations inspections and keeps you updated throughout. On completion, you receive a full handover pack including all certificates and warranties — and every project is backed by our 10-year workmanship warranty from the date of practical completion.

Leadership

Meet Altin Hallaci

Altin Hallaci founded Alstruct after spending five years working through some of London's most complex and demanding construction projects. From managing concrete pours on 39-storey towers to delivering contractually challenging schemes for Berkeley Homes, Altin built exceptional depth across large-scale and high-end residential construction.

Originally from northern Albania and raised in Greece, Altin arrived in London in June 2018 with a Civil Engineering background, military service behind him, and the determination to build something of his own. Within months he was promoted from Assistant Site Engineer to Site Engineer — progressing through Senior Engineer and Project Manager roles at MPB Structures and MGB Structures, including a secondment on a project worth over £160 million.

Co-founded alongside his brother Dino, Alstruct's leadership combines Altin's engineering and commercial acumen with Dino's deep operational and trade expertise. Together they run five to six simultaneous projects, maintaining the same quality standards on every site.
