From the very beginning, Altin Hallaci set out to build more than a construction company. Alstruct is the vehicle — the foundation — for a long-term ambition to become a significant London property developer.

Each project delivered to an exceptional standard is another brick in a track record that will define Alstruct for decades.
Within two years of founding, Alstruct has grown to approximately £1.7 million annual turnover, running five to six simultaneous projects with a team of twenty. The trajectory is clear — and the ambition is deliberate.

October 2023
Alstruct launched with a single residential extension in Highgate, North London — managed end-to-end by Dino Hallaci while Altin completed his final corporate role.
Year One
Rapid growth through referrals and repeat clients. Alstruct moved from one to three simultaneous projects, building a core subcontractor network and operational infrastructure.
Year Two
~£1.7 million annual turnover. A team of twenty. Five to six active projects across London at any one time. Certifications including CHAS Elite, Constructionline Gold, and FMB membership. Every project delivered under a 10-year workmanship warranty.
What's Next
Continued growth in the residential contracting space — while building the financial track record, capital base, and development expertise required to move into property development.
