Grow With Alstruct

We're building the next generation of construction professionals. If you want to grow, be treated fairly, and do outstanding work — this is your place.

Alstruct Academy

We Invest in People

At Alstruct, we believe the best construction companies are built on the people inside them. The Alstruct Academy is our commitment to growing the next generation of construction professionals — not just hiring them, but developing them.

Whether you're starting out as an apprentice, looking to progress from labourer to tradesperson, or an experienced professional seeking a company that treats you as a long-term partner rather than a cost — Alstruct is a place where your development matters.

Our culture is shaped by Altin's core values: fairness, honesty, mutual respect, long-term thinking, and value for everyone. That means fair pay, clear progression, honest feedback, and a team that has your back.

What We Offer

More Than Just a Job

Working at Alstruct means being part of a growing company that takes its responsibilities to its team seriously.

Apprenticeships

Structured apprenticeship placements across trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general construction. Work alongside experienced professionals while earning and learning.

Career Progression

We promote from within wherever possible. Labourer to Trades Assistant to Tradesperson to Site Supervisor — we map out a clear path and support you to walk it.

Fair Treatment

Competitive pay, honest contracts, timely payment, and a culture where you're treated with the same respect we ask you to show our clients. No exceptions.

Varied Projects

Work on high-quality residential projects across London — extensions, renovations, loft conversions, and more. No two projects are the same, and every one is a chance to grow.

CSCS & Training Support

We support team members to obtain and renew their CSCS cards, First Aid at Work, and other relevant qualifications. Your safety and professional development matter to us.

A Team That Has Your Back

Construction can be demanding. At Alstruct, we look out for each other. Dino and Altin are hands-on and accessible — you won't be just a number on a spreadsheet.
