  • Formspree: Processes contact form submissions and chatbot lead forms on our behalf. Data is transmitted securely and used only to deliver your enquiry to us.
  • Groq (api.groq.com): Processes chatbot messages to generate replies. Messages are sent only while you are using the chat widget. Groq's privacy policy applies to this processing.
  • Google Apps Script & Google Sheets: When a chatbot conversation ends, the transcript and session metadata are logged to a private Google Sheet accessible only to Alstruct team members, for lead-management and service-improvement purposes.
  • Google Maps: Embedded maps on our contact page. Google may set cookies in connection with map embeds.
  • WhatsApp (Meta): If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, your message is processed by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.
  • Professional Partners: Architects, structural engineers and other professionals involved in your project, only where necessary for service delivery.
  • Legal & Regulatory Bodies: Where we are required to by law, such as HMRC, local planning authorities or building control.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We ensure all third-party processors provide adequate data protection safeguards.
