Changing Room and Wet-Area Repairs London
Showers, WCs, tiling and drainage repaired in busy changing rooms, usually out of hours.
Wet Areas That Have to Keep Working
At a glance: Changing rooms, showers and WCs are the most used and the hardest worked parts of a health club or office. Around a quarter of our commercial jobs are in these areas: shower mixers, cubicle doors, privacy film, urinals and WC waste pipework, blocked drains, wall and floor tiles, grout, sealant and the ceilings below them.
Water finds its way out of a wet area slowly, so the visible damage is often a long way from the cause. We investigate first, trace the source and report it with photos before pricing the repair, so the club pays to fix the cause and not only the stain on the ceiling below.
Most of this work is done out of hours. A shower block or a row of urinals can be closed off for a night, repaired, tested and opened again for the morning.
This page is part of our commercial building maintenance service. The same team, accreditations and insurance stand behind it: CHAS Elite, Constructionline Gold, Federation of Master Builders membership and £10 million public liability insurance.
What We Do

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you repair a shower or WC overnight?
Yes. Most changing room repairs are done out of hours so the area is back in use when the building opens.
Do you find the cause of a leak before repairing the damage?
Yes. We investigate first and report the cause with photos, then price the repair, so the ceiling or wall is not repaired only to be damaged again.
Do you work outside health clubs?
Yes. The same work applies to offices, hotels, schools and residential blocks with shared changing rooms or washrooms.
