Gym and Health Club Maintenance London
Repairs and maintenance for gyms, health clubs and leisure centres, planned around members and opening hours.
Maintenance Built Around Members and Opening Hours
At a glance: Alstruct maintains health clubs for Virgin Active across London and Essex. Our job records show more than 120 completed jobs in 22 clubs, from central London (Bank, Moorgate, Mayfair, Kensington, Angel) to Wimbledon, Bromley, Mill Hill and Chelmsford: changing rooms, showers, pool plant rooms, spa and steam areas, gym floors, ceilings, lighting and fire doors.
A health club is a building that never really closes. Members arrive before work and leave late, the pool and spa run every day, and a leaking pipe or a broken shower affects people straight away. Most of our club work is therefore planned out of hours or overnight, agreed with the general manager in advance, with the risk assessment and method statement sent before we arrive.
Every job follows the same route: the club reports the problem with photos, we inspect and find the cause, the club receives a written itemised estimate, and the work is booked once it is approved against a purchase order. Completion photos and a signed sign-off sheet go back to the club, and the invoice matches the approved figure.
This page is part of our commercial building maintenance service. The same team, accreditations and insurance stand behind it: CHAS Elite, Constructionline Gold, Federation of Master Builders membership and £10 million public liability insurance.
